After writing a bug report with Autodesk support for one of the design projects that didn't quite work right, I was told that it was an issue that existed in some older models and it was NOT a software issue but an issue with using a "Version 3.0.1" of the STARFINDER software for that model. That was enough to get the issue resolved by Autodesk, so I can use the software again.

Gross hematuria is a common symptom in patients with von Hippel-Lindau disease (VHL) and should prompt urologists to investigate a possible renal mass. Patients with VHL who have clinical evidence of hematuria or a known renal mass require a complete urologic workup. Radical prostatectomy can be done with minimal morbidity in this population. However, it is imperative to educate patients with VHL who present with symptoms of gross hematuria about the risks of this procedure and the potential complications of a missed cancer.
